Our Story:

PJ Grafx began as a graphic design studio, creating logos, letterhead, and business cards. Over the years, we expanded to meet the evolving needs of our clients, developing custom Excel solutions, Access databases, SharePoint sites, and full-scale business intelligence reporting systems. Today, PJ Grafx offers a comprehensive suite of consulting, training, and technical services to businesses across Salinas, Monterey County, the Central Coast — and remotely, nationwide.

About Paula Matelli, Founder:

Paula Matelli brings over 20 years of specialized expertise in business intelligence and data analysis, backed by a 34-year career in Information Technology. Paula earned a California State Teaching Credential and has trained thousands of professionals across industries ranging from agriculture and produce to municipal government and non-profits. Her technical expertise spans Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Pivot, MS Access, SharePoint, SQL, VBA, AppSheet, Crystal Reports, Tableau, and Adobe applications.

Paula taught at Salinas Adult School for over a decade before expanding into private training centers and corporate clients. Her long-term client relationships — including a 27-year engagement with Monterey Mushrooms — speak to the trust and results she consistently delivers.
