Training Intake Form

Thank you for your interest in PJ Grafx training! This form helps me understand your team’s needs so I can prepare an accurate proposal. Most questions are multiple choice, and it takes about 5 minutes. If you’re not sure of an answer, choose “Not sure” or leave it blank, and we’ll sort it out together.

Requirements: Courses are designed for Windows PCs. All courses except Google Workspace require the desktop version of the software. Mac computers are not supported. Google Workspace courses are browser-based and can be taken on either a Windows PC or a Mac.
